Asst. Manager Network

Key requirements:

• Technical level: Good knowledge of network concepts, routing, switching, firewall management, traffic management.
• Network Support: Configure, maintain, and support network connectivity including site to site VPN tunnels to ensure seamless and efficient operations, while meeting defined reliability standards.
• Network Security: Implement, monitor, and manage security protocols to protect systems from potential threats and vulnerabilities, maintaining high levels of security assurance to support Web Application Firewall.
• Firewall configuration and troubleshooting: Hands-on experience/certification to support Cloud based Firewalls and Cloud networking to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability.
• Reporting & NMS: Utilize monitoring tools to track network performance, identify potential risks, and proactively address security concerns, ensuring reliable network uptime.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for all network projects, configurations, and procedures to support troubleshooting and ongoing network reliability.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with IT support teams and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring adherence to defined support levels and enhancing network reliability and efficiency.
• Reliability & dependability Levels: Provide ongoing support for network availability, ensuring reliability targets are met and adhering to established service levels, including incident management, escalation procedures from L1 support. • 24x7x365 Availability for After-Hours Support: be available for after-hours support on a need basis to ensure continuous network reliability, addressing critical issues during off-hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Problem-Solving: smart troubleshooting skills to resolve complex network-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to network reliability.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to document, report, and collaborate effectively across teams, ensuring clear communication of network status and support issues Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience: proven 3 to 5 years of experience in network engineering / administration role.
• Certifications (Preferred): CCNA, Fortinet NSE, or equivale
