Asst. Manager Quality (Supply Chain)

· Assist the Quality Manager in implementing and enforcing QC SOPs across supply chain stages, including Incoming Material Store, Leather Store, CPI, and Printing.

· Oversee Incoming Material QC (IQC) for fabrics, leather, trims, chemicals, and packaging materials as per approved specifications.

· Manage Leather Store QC, including shade control, lot/batch traceability, defect grading, thickness checks, and storage condition compliance.

· Supervise and control Cut Part Inspection (CPI) to ensure cut components meet dimensional, shade, pairing, and workmanship requirements before sewing.

· Monitor Printing QC (screen, heat transfer, digital, embroidery if applicable) for placement, color accuracy, adhesion, durability, and buyer standards.

· Review and analyze IQC, CPI, and Printing QC reports, defect trends, and corrective actions.

· Reduce material rejection, rework, wastage, and delays through effective QC controls.

· Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and record keeping for all inspected materials and processes.

· Perform additional tasks assigned by the Quality Manager, HOD, or Top Management.
