Job Description

o Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.


o Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for required positions.


o Sourcing potential candidates through online, career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required.


o Hands on experience working on Zoho Recruit is an added advantage.


o Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating per-interview assessments.


o Conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.


o Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.


o Ensure timely updates to promotion and demobilization letters to maintain accuracy and support effective personnel management


o Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.


o Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.


o Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs


o Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.


o Posting the Job requirements in social media like LinkedIn, Naukri and Zoho portals


o Should Prepare the offer letters and update the details in HR master sheet.


o To share the welcome note, when the employee is on board and post it on linkedin


  • Weekly/Bi-weekly status update reporitng to be shared with Operations and Business development team about (Offers, Joining and Declined)
