We are looking for a well versed team player with great enthusiasm in traveling and tour planning. You will be responsible for Coordinating, planning, organising and booking a complete End-End travel arrangement for the Customers. Our Aim is to provide an excellent, exciting, enjoying and Hassel free Tour Plan, to enhance satisfaction and client retention and consecrate clientage. Your contribution will impact our company and as well as customer satisfaction and drive profit.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide the best and enthusiastic tour plan and package as per the clients requirement
• Have to provide End-End services to customers, from ticket booking, planning the hotel, creating itinerary, organising local transport, etc.,
• Identifying the right customer and providing right Solution accordingly
• Ability to close the deals and selling the product to customer
• Should be able to maintain a good relationship with customer and ensure retention
• Should be able to resolve any issues while on trip
• Ensure providing all travel related documents like guide, itinerary, maps to clients
• Ensure daily reporting and must ensure data’s are secured and confidentiality is maintained as per the company policies
• Able to book tickets, Hotel reservation, organise cabs, Passport , organise Visa and budgeting
• Should be able to provide budget and capable of handling the tour within the budget
• Ensure in achieving the target and organisation growth
• Must be able to adopt to the new technologies and do travel plan accordingly
• Must be able to provide an exclusive travel plan for both Domestic/inbound and International/outbound
• Must be committed and process driven personnel

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• Prior experience as a Travel agent is added advantage
• Strong knowledge in Travel planning is must
• Booking tickets and hotels, Organising Visa
• Excellent Communication Skill
• Multilingualism is an added advantage
• Excellent negotiation and order closing
• Must have knowledge in travelling software’s and MS office
• Must have a complete knowledge in travelling procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
