Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor syrup preparation and sugar dissolving processes
- Ensure proper weighing, mixing, and dissolving of sugar as per batch requirements
- Maintain required temperature, concentration (Brix), and quality parameters
- Monitor filtration and transfer of syrup to production lines
- Ensure proper cleaning (CIP) and sanitation of tanks, pipelines, and equipment
- Maintain batch records and production logs accurately
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards
Requirements
- Qualification: B.Sc. (Food / Chemistry )
- Experience: 2–3 years in beverage, food processing, or syrup manufacturing
- Basic knowledge of syrup preparation and sugar handling
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
