Asst. Officer Syrup Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor syrup preparation and sugar dissolving processes
  • Ensure proper weighing, mixing, and dissolving of sugar as per batch requirements
  • Maintain required temperature, concentration (Brix), and quality parameters
  • Monitor filtration and transfer of syrup to production lines
  • Ensure proper cleaning (CIP) and sanitation of tanks, pipelines, and equipment
  • Maintain batch records and production logs accurately
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards

Requirements

  • Qualification: B.Sc. (Food / Chemistry )
  • Experience: 2–3 years in beverage, food processing, or syrup manufacturing
  • Basic knowledge of syrup preparation and sugar handling

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
