Asst. Resident Sales Manager - KSA

Position : Assistant Resident Sales Manager – KSA

Location : Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Reporting To : CEO

Job Purpose

To support the factory in driving sales growth by expanding market presence across the KSA territory both in wholesale and projects. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, coordinating with distributors and project clients, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Assist in implementing sales strategies to achieve assigned targets within the KSA market.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail, projects, hospitality, and interior segments.

Support negotiations, pricing discussions, and closure of sales deals in coordination with senior management.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, and provide timely feedback.

Manage and support key accounts, distributors, and retail partners across KSA.

Ensure regular store visits, customer meetings, and follow-ups to strengthen relationships.

Support onboarding of new dealers, retailers, and project partners.

Ensure proper product display, merchandising standards, and brand visibility at retail outlets.

Project & Hospitality Sales Support

Identify project clients including hotels, interiors companies, institutions to supply mattress.

Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors, and procurement teams.

Follow up on quotations, approvals, deliveries, and payment collections related to projects.

Operations & Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams such as production, logistics and accounts to ensure smooth order execution.

Ensure timely delivery of orders and resolution of customer complaints or service issues.

Support forecasting, sales planning, and inventory requirements for the territory.

Reporting & Administration

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market intelligence reports, and activity updates.

Track sales performance against targets and propose corrective actions where required.

Maintain accurate records of customers, pricing, contracts, and transactions.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture, interior, hospitality, or building materials sectors.

Prior experience in the KSA market is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (bilingual mandatory).

Good understanding of KSA business culture, retail environment, and project sales processes.

Ability to travel extensively within the KSA territory.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Nationality

Saudi National preferred.

Alternatively, a bilingual candidate with strong Arabic proficiency may be considered.
