Asst. Sales Manager

One World Immigration Law Consultants (OWILC) is a leading immigration consultancy firm, specializing in skilled immigration, business visas, student visas, and citizenship-by-investment programs. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Asst. Sales Manager for Islamabad Branch.

The Asst. Sales Manager will be responsible for driving immigration sales, and leading a team of sales professionals to meet business goals. This role requires exceptional sales skills, leadership abilities, and in-depth knowledge of immigration programs for countries such as Canada, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Schengen countries.

Key Responsibilities:
Immigration Sales & Business Development

  • Lead the sales team in generating leads and closing deals for immigration, study visas, business visas, and citizenship-by-investment programs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct consultations with clients, assess eligibility, and provide expert guidance on visa processes.
  • Ensure sales targets are met and drive revenue growth for the branch.
  • Develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract potential clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide continuous support throughout their immigration journey.
  • Address client queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain a strong referral network.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to senior management.
  • Implement corrective measures to address underperformance and improve overall sales efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration sales & consultancy.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of immigration programs, visa processes, and legal requirements.
Sales & Leadership: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing team.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
Client Handling: Ability to conduct client consultations and build strong relationships.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
