Asst.HR Manager

Cannanore, India

  • Recruitment: Overseeing the recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
  • Employee benefits: Planning and overseeing employee benefit programs, including compensation & other benefits
  • Policies and procedures: Developing and maintaining HR-related policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
  • Training and development: Planning and overseeing training and development programs, and ensuring employees are performing at their best
  • Employee relations: Overseeing employee relations, addressing disputes, and implementing health and safety regulations
  • Employee engagement: Developing employee engagement strategies and employee surveys
  • Communication: Working effectively with other heads of department and senior management, as well as with external stakeholders
  • Handling statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, and actuarial like bonuses, employee leaves encasement and gratuity.
  • Male Candidate preferred with 5 years of managerial experience in HR.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
