- Recruitment: Overseeing the recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
- Employee benefits: Planning and overseeing employee benefit programs, including compensation & other benefits
- Policies and procedures: Developing and maintaining HR-related policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Training and development: Planning and overseeing training and development programs, and ensuring employees are performing at their best
- Employee relations: Overseeing employee relations, addressing disputes, and implementing health and safety regulations
- Employee engagement: Developing employee engagement strategies and employee surveys
- Communication: Working effectively with other heads of department and senior management, as well as with external stakeholders
- Handling statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, and actuarial like bonuses, employee leaves encasement and gratuity.
- Male Candidate preferred with 5 years of managerial experience in HR.
