Business Unit Overview

The Middle East Assurance Center of Excellence is PwC ME's assurance delivery hub, launched in 2013. It provides a broad range of services supporting growth and operational efficiency through innovative working methods, automation, and skill development across Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and Egypt.

What is expected from you?

As an Associate in the ACE Support team, you will perform office administration tasks supporting our Regional Audit team. Your responsibilities will align with our values and professional framework, including:

  • Developing your skills and understanding of our services to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the Middle East to ensure services are conducted according to the user guide.
  • Working with regional offices on client work and internal initiatives.
  • Supporting practice communication and execution of work requests.
  • Contributing to the delivery of services within our rapidly growing Assurance Center of Excellence, with access to extensive training and support from the PwC network.
What you'll bring to this role:

You are ambitious, eager to grow and develop, and possess the following characteristics:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
  • Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English (oral and written) is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Willingness to collaborate across different countries and projects.
  • Open to challenging norms and working with diverse teams.
  • Valuing diversity and different perspectives.
