AS&T Specialist

Major accountabilities:

• To investigate all information about instruments and software problems for laboratory equipment, to estimate this information, and to solve these problems

• To follow the maintenance and calibration processes for laboratory instruments. Carrying out the calibration test or controlling the finished calibration.

• To assisting the technical service personnel from coming the vendor firm, to provide the required support for solving the problem.

• To provide following the laboratory instrument’s documents and recording logbooks

• To prepare the requalification documents for the existing instruments in laboratory and to prepare or to ensure preparing the qualification documents for purchasing new instruments, to carry out the essential tests.

• To perform or to help performing the laboratory equipment computer system validation.

• To research the new laboratory instruments with responsible for the scope of annual investments. To communicate the related vendor firm and document all information regularly,

• Ensuring periodic checks of laboratory software systems, following global requirements and managing projects according to time schedule.

• To make the revision of the SOPs which are responsible from and to give the trainings of the revised SOPs.

• To control and approve the documents associated with the department.

• Follow up and complete the records opened in their name in the quality system in accordance with the given deadlines

Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:

• Sound technical & scientific knowledge of pharmaceutical/ chemical.
