ATTORNEY - SENIOR LITIGATION ATTORNEY

• 5+ years of personal injury experience preferred
• Trial experience highly preferred.
• Salary: highly competitive starting at $200,000 per year, plus bonuses.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Presenting theories of liability, summarizing client injuries, past/future medical treatment, and impact of injuries on client's quality of life;
• Drafting complaints, motions, meet and confer letters, propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions (including expert depositions), making court appearances, attending mediations, conducting settlement negotiations, trial preparation and trial;
• Reading, reviewing and analyzing medical reports, surgical records and medical bills;
• Implementing strategies to resolve cases as favorably as possible;
• Advocating for and negotiating settlements on behalf of clients;
• Excellent writing and communication skills required.
