Are you an attorney with a passion for personal injury law and a natural talent for sales? Are you driven by helping clients navigate some of the most challenging times in their lives? Do you have a knack for engaging people and guiding them with empathy and confidence? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team as the Attorney to Lead our Intake Department.
Role Overview
As the leader of our Intake Department, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients understand the legal process, assessing case viability, and ensuring they feel supported from the first conversation. We’re looking for an attorney who excels at client engagement, understands the nuances of personal injury law, and is ready to bring a strategic sales mindset to our intake process. Must be able to monitor and analyze department data and reports and conduct frequent legal training for other intake team and client acquisition staff.
Responsibilities
Lead and Oversee the Intake Team: Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to intake staff to optimize client intake effectiveness. Listen to recorded calls to improve processes. Respond to client inquiries from web forms.
Client Consultations: Engage potential clients with compassion and authority to evaluate the facts of each case, establish a positive connection, and set realistic expectations.
Sales-Driven Intake Strategy: Implement a sales-oriented approach to intake calls, utilizing persuasive communication techniques to help clients make informed decisions on legal representation.
Case Evaluation: Assess the details of each potential case for eligibility and viability, making recommendations to advance the intake process.
Develop and Refine Processes: Continually improve intake workflows to enhance client experience and conversion rates. Litify experience a plus.
Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership to set goals, track performance metrics, and ensure consistent client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Legal Expertise: Licensed attorney with experience in personal injury law. Position can be hybrid.
Sales Savvy: Strong communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to empathize and engage potential clients.
Client-Focused Mindset: Ability to connect with clients on a personal level, showing compassion and understanding.
Leadership Experience: Prior experience in managing or mentoring a team is preferred.
Process-Oriented: Ability to streamline processes to improve efficiency, intake speed, and overall client experience.
