We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Auction Executive to manage and coordinate the end-to-end process of high-value auctions involving luxury vehicles, real estate, watches, jewelry, handbags, and collectible assets. The role requires strong relationship management skills, market insight, and operational excellence to ensure seamless and successful auction experiences for both clients and bidders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
I. Develop in-depth expertise in luxury assets including vehicles, properties, watches, jewelry, and handbags.
II. Stay updated with market trends and valuations across multiple asset categories.
III. Build and maintain relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), collectors, brokers, and dealers.
IV. Source premium assets for auction and manage consignment agreements.
V. Conduct asset inspections, ensuring authenticity and readiness for auction.
VI. Coordinate with the marketing department for auction promotions and campaigns.
VII. Oversee professional photography, videography, and cataloging of auction items.
VIII. Ensure assets are presented attractively in both digital and physical formats.
IX. Manage pre-auction setup, coordination, and real-time execution for smooth live and online auctions.
X. Ensure all legal, compliance, and ownership verification requirements are met for auction items.
XI. Maintain precise records for compliance, audits, and market performance analysis.
XII. Manage post-auction client communication, ensuring satisfaction and transparency.
XIII. Prepare detailed reports on auction performance, trends, and client engagement.
XIV. Oversee payment processing, logistics coordination, and delivery post-sale.
XV. Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs for operational excellence.
XVI. Execute any additional responsibilities assigned by the CEO or senior management.
Desired Profile:
* Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in luxury sales, auctions, or asset management.
* Strong knowledge of high-value asset categories and valuation principles.
* Proven experience in client relationship management with HNWIs and premium clientele.
* Excellent coordination, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical mindset for market trend analysis and reporting.
* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital cataloging systems.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
* Fluency in English; Arabic or other foreign languages is an advantage.
