We’re seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our audio-visual (AV) equipment and event rental solutions to event planners, wedding coordinators, production houses, hotels, and corporate clients.
You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base, building long-term relationships, and achieving growth in the live events and rental segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the events, hospitality, and production industries.
  • Promote a wide range of AV solutions including LED screens, sound systems, projectors, lighting, staging, and interactive displays.
  • Prepare and present quotations, rental proposals, and technical demos to event managers and decision-makers.
  • Maintain and grow key accounts through proactive follow-up and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Track leads, pipeline, and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build new connections.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in AV sales, event rentals, or B2B equipment sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with LED walls, audio systems, video switchers, projectors, and stage lighting is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
