Auditor Arab Nationality

We are seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Auditor to manage and oversee audit and bookkeeping activities for multiple client entities. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of UAE accounting and tax regulations, and the ability to visit client sites regularly to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Client Site & Bookkeeping Oversight

• Visit assigned client sites weekly to perform and supervise day-to-day bookkeeping activities.
• Manage bookkeeping for multiple client entities, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, payroll (if applicable), and journal entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Financial Reporting & Audit Preparation

• Prepare monthly financial statements, trial balances, and management reports with high accuracy and within deadlines.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls; assess risk areas and propose process improvements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure data readiness for audits.

Regulatory & Compliance Management

• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements, including VAT, Corporate Tax, Excise Tax, and other applicable laws.
• Ensure all financial records adhere to firm policies, confidentiality standards, and data security protocols.

Client Interaction & Communication

• Attend client meetings and internal meetings to present findings, recommendations, and status updates.
• -Provide professional advisory support on accounting, audit, and compliance matters in Arabic and English.

Technical Skills

• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Odoo, and advanced Excel tools.
• Ensure data integrity, proper documentation, and consistent backups.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of audit or accounting experience in the UAE.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT & Corporate Tax regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
