Authority Coordinator

1. Has experience in coordinating with Nakheel / DM / DDA / Emaar / Trakheez / RTA / DEWA & any other regulatory authorities including permits for the infrastructure, utilities and landscaping works such as districtcooling, electrical & water networks, storm water, CCTV etc.

2. proven prior experience.

3. Liaise with all stakeholders, Authorities, Consultants and Sub-Contractors on all project related documents such as NOCs, Permits, and Approvals on design and construction related handover requirements including BCC.

4. Ensure the timely review of all documents submitted by Consultant and/or sub-Contractor.

5. Report any potential delays in the project completion or milestones due to any lag in documentation / authority / regulatory requirements.

6. Must be a go getter and effective team player.

Job Type: Full-time

• Nakheel / DM / DDA / Emaar / Trakheez / RTA / DEWA: 1 year (Preferred)
