Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in the Karachi Division. The VOB (Verification of Benefits) Specialist will be responsible for verifying insurance coverage, confirming patient benefits, and maintaining accurate insurance records. Primary responsibilities include working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely benefit verification, addressing patient queries, and supporting seamless administrative processes to enable effective revenue cycle management.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in insurance verification, benefit confirmation, and conducting related administrative tasks
• Proficiency in managing patient interactions and providing exceptional support services
• Accuracy and attention to detail for handling documentation and maintaining records
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Proficiency in using relevant technology and software tools for healthcare administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Educational background in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare industry or similar roles will be an added advantage
