Auto Area Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading and managing a sales team.
  • Monitoring the performance of the team and setting their target.
  • Handling the team issues and obstacles to ensure smooth process flow & target achievement.
  • Negotiate problems of rejected and cancelled cases which can be solved to reach the maximum approval rate.
  • Implementing & maintaining effective sales processes & objectives.
  • Report alternative ways of better doing business transfer the know how to sales officer in the department to make them aligned with the new department standards.
  • Assist team in referrals and lead when needed.
  • Achieve products target on in term of accounts & volumes.
  • Improving sales cycle and portfolio management accordingly.
  • Maintain service level agreement with internal customer & External static holders.
  • Gather & analyze product feedback to support functions for suggested improvements.
  • Recruitment of team direct sales officer.
  • Manage the dealer’s relation.
  • Lead & provide guidance, support and direction to the product sales team.
  • Conduct periodic performance development for direct report.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to the team.
  • Liaise with line manger staff training and development needs and recommended plans to satisfy those needs.
  • Consolidate & report products sales portfolio & the team performance to line manger.
  • Cascading product strategies to sales team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Delivering product training to team members.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • 4 to 5 years’ experience.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
  • High level of communication skills.
  • Good Marketing & Selling skills.
  • Team management.
