Key Responsibilities:

Floor Accounting:

o From the time we receive the costumer, until the vehicle is delivered, all accounting and finance related to the job needs to be controlled from your end.

o Follow the system established by the management at all the time.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare monthly, financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
  • Monthly report for job cost and all AK7 expenses to be prepares and presented to CEO.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the company’s operations.
  • Ensure timely submission of financial reports to management and external stakeholders.
  • General Accounting:
  • Record financial transactions, such as accounts payable, receivable, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Perform reconciliation of balance sheet accounts (e.g., cash, fixed assets, accounts payable/receivable).
  • Monitor and manage bank transactions, cash flow, and financial data.
  • Compliance & Audit:
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations and prepare tax filings (corporate , VAT, etc). Based on the discussion
  • Support the external audit process by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting procedures, and best practices.
  • Inventory & Cost Management:
  • Assist in managing inventory accounting, ensuring accurate valuation and proper recording of vehicle and parts inventory.
  • Support the calculation and analysis of product costs, including labor, materials, and overhead costs related to automotive manufacturing.
  • Analysis & Forecasting:
  • Prepare financial analysis, reports, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Work with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Assist with financial planning and forecasting to meet corporate objectives.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and procedures for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between finance and other departments (e.g., sales, procurement, production).
  • All the reports you should submit to the system, Also you need to submit P&L with stock list.

You are responsible for ensuring that all incoming funds are properly allocated and recorded between these three accounts, in accordance with the guidelines of the company Owner.
