Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Auto Mechanic to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles. Whether it’s a simple oil change or a more complex engine repair, you will ensure that every vehicle is serviced with the highest level of care and precision. If you are passionate about cars and have strong technical skills, we want you to be part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct vehicle diagnostics using advanced equipment to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, and fluid replacements.
• Repair and replace defective components such as engines, transmissions, suspension systems, electrical systems, and more.
• Ensure all repairs are performed according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining repair needs, costs, and timelines.
• Keep the workshop organized, clean, and well-stocked with necessary tools and parts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies, repair techniques, and safety practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an auto mechanic or car technician (minimum 2 years of experience).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities for all types of vehicles (both modern and older models).
• Proficiency in using automotive repair tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to repair and maintain both domestic and imported vehicle brands.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred (for test drives and on-site diagnostics).
• Certification or formal training in automotive repair is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with advanced vehicle technologies, including hybrid and electric vehicles.
• Familiarity with luxury car brands and high-performance vehicles.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and air conditioning repairs is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
