Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented Auto Mechanic / Car Technician to become a part of our dynamic team at Pro Inventions Auto Services LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles, ranging from regular cars to high-end models. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment with state-of-the-art equipment to provide top-tier service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle diagnostics to identify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
• Repair and replace vehicle components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and suspension.
• Conduct routine maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid level checks.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer standards and safety regulations.
• Communicate with customers to explain vehicle issues, repair needs, costs, and time estimates.
• Keep detailed records of services performed, parts used, and hours worked on each vehicle.
• Stay up-to-date with automotive technology and repair methods to ensure the highest standards of service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the garage.
• Assist in inventory management, ensuring necessary parts and tools are available when needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an auto mechanic or car technician (minimum 3 years).
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
• Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and automotive software.
• Ability to work on a wide variety of vehicles, including domestic, imported, and high-end models.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and explain technical issues.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred (for test drives and on-site evaluations).
• Formal certification in automotive repair or a related field is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with luxury and performance vehicles.
• Knowledge of hybrid, electric, or high-tech vehicle systems.
• Proficiency in repairing advanced electrical systems and air conditioning.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: AED 80 - AED 90 per hour, based on experience and expertise.

Pay: AED80.00 - AED90.00 per hour
