Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Auto Mechanic to join our team at Super Speed Auto Care Garage. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles. Whether it’s fixing an engine, replacing brakes, or performing general maintenance, you’ll be expected to provide fast, efficient, and top-quality service. The ideal candidate is passionate about cars, has a strong technical background, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Perform repairs on all vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, exhaust, suspension, and electrical systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements.
• Ensure all repairs comply with safety and manufacturer standards.
• Keep accurate records of services performed, including parts used and time spent.
• Communicate clearly with customers about the repairs needed, costs, and timelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
• Stay current with the latest automotive technologies, tools, and repair methods.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an auto mechanic or car technician (minimum 2 years).
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Ability to repair and maintain various makes and models of cars, including both domestic and imported vehicles.
• Proficiency in using modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to customers clearly.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred (for test drives and vehicle evaluations).
• Certification in automotive repair or related fields is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on luxury or high-performance vehicles.
• Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle systems.
• Ability to work on air conditioning systems, advanced electrical systems, and transmissions.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: AED 65 - AED 85 per hour, based on experience and skills.

Pay: AED65.00 - AED85.00 per hour
