ABS International has operated as a Direct US Principal since 2012. We run our own vehicle shipping operations—our own carrier network, our own Central Dispatch accounts, and our own load board. No broker middleman. No campaign risk.

We are adding a Senior Auto Transport Dispatcher to our night shift team in Gulistan-e-Johar. This is a high-authority role for a veteran of the US logistics space.

What the Desk Looks Like:

• Full Cycle Dispatch: Post and cover loads on Central Dispatch, negotiate rates directly with carriers/brokers, and manage FMCSA compliance.
• Active Management: Track shipments through Super Dispatch, handle exceptions, and manage BOL/COD collections.
• Autonomous Decision Making: When a carrier calls with an issue at midnight, you solve it. Your judgment, your carrier relationships, your solution.

What We Need From You:

• Minimum 2-3 Years Experience: Specifically in US Auto Transport on Central Dispatch. (General freight or local logistics experience will not be considered).
• Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of open vs. enclosed rates, carrier MC age verification, and FMCSA safety ratings.
• Communication: Professional, natural English for high-stakes negotiation with US carriers.
• Shift: Reliability for Night Shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM), Monday to Saturday, on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
