Role Summary
This role is designed for individuals who have already worked within UK cab dispatch environments and are comfortable handling live customer interactions. You will be responsible for managing booking requests, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring service quality across each ride.

Core Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls from UK customers requiring taxi services
• Create and manage bookings based on customer preferences and travel needs
• Share fare details and confirm reservations in real time
• Handle updates such as rescheduling or cancelling existing bookings
• Oversee airport transfers by tracking and updating flight information
• Process customer payments securely via phone
• Resolve customer concerns and redirect complex issues to the appropriate team
• Work closely with drivers to ensure accurate and timely pickups
• Stay aligned with supervisors and shift managers for daily operations
• Maintain consistency in service quality and booking accuracy

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience working in a UK taxi dispatch or call handling environment
• Familiarity with systems like Autocab or iCabbi is essential
• Strong communication skills with a natural British accent
• Comfortable handling high call volumes while maintaining service standards
• Ability to stay organized and responsive in a fast-moving setup
