AutoCAD Designer

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Proficient in AutoCAD, with working knowledge of Revit or SolidWorks considered an advantage.
• 3 years of experience in relevant field
• Strong understanding of architectural steel and metal fabrication systems.
• Familiar with GCC building codes and steel fabrication standards.
• Proven ability to prepare CNC-ready drawings for automated fabrication processes.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.

Technical & Coordination Expertise

• Collaborate closely with site team and clients to accurately translate design intent into detailed working drawings using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate actively with site teams to ensure smooth execution, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with project requirements.
• Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timely updates throughout project phases.
• Revise and update drawings based on site measurements, RFIs, and coordination with other trades such as glazing, concrete, and structural steel.
• Ensure proper documentation and version control of all drawings and revisions.
• Deliver accurate as-built drawings, including detailed material specifications, surface finishes, connections, and installation
