AutoCAD Draftsman (with experience in MEP works)

About Us:
We are a leading swimming pool and water features company in Dubai, specializing in the design, construction, and maintenance of swimming pools, spas, water features, and related projects.

Position: AutoCAD Draftsman

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for swimming pools, water features, and related works.
• Convert conceptual designs into technical drawings for construction.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure accuracy of drawings.
• Update and revise drawings as required throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of drawings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience, preferably in swimming pool or construction projects.
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
• Based in UAE or willing to relocate.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & 3D drafting.
• Ability to prepare layout drawings, detailed shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Strong knowledge of dimensioning, scaling, and technical detailing.
• Familiarity with MEP and civil drawings related to swimming pools (piping, structural, and equipment layouts).
• Understanding of material specifications and BOQ preparation is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
