Automation and Control Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated PLC/SCADA Automation Engineer with strong industrial automation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in PLC programming, SCADA systems, HMI development, and VFD configuration across various industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

1) PLC Programming and Design

• Develop, program, test, and troubleshoot PLC systems.
• Design and implement industrial automation and control solutions.
• Work with Siemens, ABB, Schneider, and Delta PLC platforms.
• Perform system modifications, diagnostics, and optimization.

2) SCADA Systems

• Design, configure, and maintain SCADA systems for industrial process monitoring and control.
• Ensure reliable communication between PLCs, HMIs, and field devices.

3) HMI

• Design and develop HMI applications for industrial automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and improve operator interfaces for enhanced usability and efficiency.

4) VFDs

• Select, configure, program, and troubleshoot VFDs for motor control applications.
• Integrate VFDs with PLC and SCADA systems.

5) Industrial Automation Support

• Evaluate, prioritize, and implement automation solutions in industrial environments.
• Diagnose and resolve complex automation and control system issues efficiently.
• Support commissioning, testing, and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 1 years of hands-on industrial automation experience.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and VFD systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Good communication and technical documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with industrial communication protocols.
• Exposure to commissioning and site support activities.
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and practices.
