Automation Lead - Data & AI (Power Platform)

We are looking for an experienced Automation Lead to architect and drive enterprise-wide low-code and automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, governance, integration, and delivery while partnering closely with business teams to drive digital transformation.

About the Role

The Automation Lead will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions and driving automation initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate & Copilot Studio
• Define governance, standards, and platform best practices
• Lead Dataverse modeling & cross-system integrations (ERP/CRM/Custom Apps)
• Drive automation fitment discussions and solution design
• Engage business stakeholders to identify use cases & ROI

Qualifications

• 10+ years in application development; 5+ years in Power Platform leadership

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Power Apps, Automate, BI, Dataverse, Copilot

• Expertise in integrations with SharePoint, Azure, SQL, ERP/CRM
• Strong governance, CoE model, and solution architecture background
• Excellent leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills

• Preferred Certifications: PL-600, PL-900
