Automation & Systems Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for an Automation Architect & AI Systems Associate to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of automation systems, AI workflows, and operational infrastructure across the agency.

This is an execution-focused role designed for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and building efficient systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior automation and operations leaders to implement automations, maintain integrations, test workflows, and help improve business processes through technology.

Strong English communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities

AI Workflows & Automations

• Assist in building, testing, and maintaining AI-powered workflows and automation systems
• Support implementation of AI agents for reporting, lead management, SOP execution, customer support assistance, and operational tasks
• Monitor workflow performance and identify opportunities for optimization
• Must be able to independently troubleshoot workflow failures, identify root causes, and propose solutions rather than only escalating issues.
• Assist with prompt management, workflow updates, and AI system improvements

Systems & Integrations

• Build and maintain automations using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Pipedream, or similar platforms
• Assist with API integrations using REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and OAuth
• Connect and synchronize data between CRM systems, ClickUp, Google Workspace, HubSpot, and other business tools
• Support testing and deployment of new automation workflows
• Maintain documentation of automation systems and integration processes

ClickUp Operations & Workflow Support

• Assist in building and maintaining ClickUp workspaces, templates, custom fields, dashboards, and automations
• Support operational workflows including onboarding, reporting, task routing, and project management systems
• Help improve workflow efficiency through automation and process optimization
• Maintain and update existing ClickUp structures as business needs evolve

Process Improvement

• Assist in identifying repetitive tasks and opportunities for automation
• Support operational audits and workflow reviews
• Recommend practical improvements that reduce manual work and increase efficiency
• Collaborate with department leads to implement automation solutions

Quality Assurance & Maintenance

• Test automation workflows before deployment
• Monitor system performance and investigate issues
• Maintain process documentation and SOPs
• Ensure automation reliability and data accuracy
• Support ongoing maintenance and optimization of existing systems
• Maintain clear, structured, and up-to-date documentation for every workflow, automation, and system change.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 1–3 years of experience with automation tools, workflows, or system integrations
• Basic to intermediate understanding of APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and automation platforms
• Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, Pipedream, or similar tools
• Hands-on experience with ClickUp is highly preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working with tasks, automations, custom fields, dashboards, and workflow structures.
• Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or AI workflow platforms for business process automation.
• Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Python preferred but not mandatory)

Communication & Collaboration

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to follow technical documentation and implementation plans
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical team members
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn

Work Requirements

• Available to work US EST hours
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working from a Pakistan office or hybrid setup
• Stable internet connection and professional work environment

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

• Experience with Make, n8n, Zapier, or ClickUp automations
• Exposure to AI tools, prompt engineering, or LLM workflows
• Basic Python scripting experience
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel
• Understanding of marketing agency workflows and reporting processes
• Experience creating process documentation or SOPs
• Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency, SaaS environment, or fast-paced service business will be a strong advantage.

Working Hours

5:00 PM – 2:00 AM Pakistan Time (Aligned with 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM EST)Time is subject to change to accommodate things like daylight savings and Ramadan.

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
