Automations Assistant (Onsite)

Location: Saddar, Rawalpindi

Employment Type: Full-Time (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and building reliable automations that streamline processes from lead capture to customer onboarding and support.
• Integrating disparate SaaS systems (including GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, and HubSpot) to ensure seamless data flow and create a single source of truth.
• Conducting workflow audits to analyze existing procedures and provide data-backed recommendations for automation that reduce costs and minimize errors.
• Providing ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting to monitor system health, quickly resolve issues, and guarantee automation reliability.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across IT, sales, and operations to understand pain points and deliver automation strategies aligned with overarching business goals.
• Creating detailed technical documentation and training materials to ensure smooth adoption and long-term sustainability of automated workflows.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in business process automation or workflow optimization.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Microsoft Power Automate) and/or scripting (Python, Bash, APIs).
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Problem-Solving: Debugging skills for workflow failures or inefficiencies.
• Communication: Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
