We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Automobile Sales Consultant to join our team at a leading 4x4 modification garage. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting clients in finding the perfect 4x4 modification solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on 4x4 modification options, including accessories, performance upgrades, and aesthetic enhancements.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to potential customers.
• Assist customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English.
• Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably within the 4x4 modification industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Passion for automobiles and 4x4 vehicles.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
