Automobile Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Automobile Sales Executive to promote and sell vehicles while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, good knowledge of automobiles, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist showroom walk-in customers professionally
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
• Promote and sell new and/or used vehicles
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and offers
• Arrange and conduct test drives
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation
• Coordinate with banks, insurance, and registration authorities (RTA)
• Maintain customer records and follow-ups in CRM system
• Ensure smooth vehicle delivery and post-sales follow-up
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure satisfaction

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in automobile or showroom sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work under pressure
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM systems)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour
