Automotive Finance Manager

Automotive Finance Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with benefit programs intended to protect their vehicle purchase
• Works with lenders to obtain financing approval and completes all vehicle purchase and associated paperwork
• Responsible for tracking and collecting receivables
• Provides customers with benefit program information
• Facilitates financing options and prepare documentation
• Ensures all finance paperwork is fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines prior to submitting completed documentation to lenders for approval
• Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts
• Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability
• Maintains required certifications for the position
• Assist sales team with active customer engagement
• Other duties as assigned

Automotive Finance Manager Qualifications:

• Previous successful automotive sales required
• At least 2 years automotive finance experience preferred
• Experience with Financial Products and Services a plus
• Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience a plus
• Knowledge of luxury brand certification/training a plus
• Must be positive and have a professional appearance
• Strong communication skills
• Experience assisting/supporting sales objectives
• Confident presenting financial products and services
• Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable MVR history

Schedule Requirements

• Monday – Saturday 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM, with one day off during the week plus frequent overtime
• Must be available to work 6 days per week at month-end.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

• Auto Dealership F&I: 2 years (Preferred)
• Reynolds & Reynolds DMS: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales Experience: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:
