Position Overview

The Automotive Finance Manager is responsible for arranging and presenting financing options, selling finance and insurance (F&I) products, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations, and contributing to overall dealership profitability while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Present financing and leasing options to customers clearly and professionally
• Secure financing through banks, lenders, and manufacturer programs
• Sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, tire & wheel, and ancillary products
• Ensure all deals comply with federal, state, and dealership regulations
• Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
• Work closely with the sales team to structure deals effectively
• Achieve monthly F&I performance goals and penetration targets
• Deliver a high-level customer experience throughout the finance process

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of automotive F&I experience required
• Strong knowledge of dealership finance processes and lender programs
• Proven track record of achieving PVR and product penetration goals
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• High level of integrity and compliance knowledge
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• CDK experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
