Automotive Finance Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Finance Manager to lead our vehicle financing operations. Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the financing process, explaining loan options, terms, and conditions clearly and confidently
• Analyze credit applications using financial software and perform credit assessments in compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations
• Negotiate loan terms and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial agreements that meet dealership goals
• Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, insurance packages, and service plans to enhance customer value
• Process loan documentation accurately, including Title processing and contract signing, ensuring all paperwork adheres to legal standards
• Maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service throughout the sales and financing journey
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for deal enhancements and improve overall sales performance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial services role within a dealership environment
• Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes, credit analysis, and contract negotiations
• Familiarity with TILA regulations, Title processing, and loan processing procedures
• Proficiency in financial software applications and 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry
• Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for credit evaluation and deal structuring
• Previous experience in dealership or automobile sales is highly preferred
