What You’ll Do

• Lead by Example: Inspire, coach, and energize a high-performing sales team every day.
• Drive Sales & Performance: Hit aggressive goals for new and pre-owned vehicles while pushing your team to exceed expectations.
• Own Operations: Oversee inventory, lot presentation, customer experience, and profitability with a hands-on approach.
• Strategic Leadership: Implement winning sales strategies, track trends, and adapt quickly to market opportunities.
• Mentor & Develop Talent: Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high achievement.
• Maximize Results: Monitor KPIs, analyze reports, and make data-driven decisions that accelerate growth.

Who You Are

• Proven automotive retail leader— retail Automotive General Manager or General Sales Manager experience required.
• Have a history with Volkswagen— preferred but not required.
• Driven, ambitious, and obsessed with results.
• Hands-on, approachable, and able to motivate your team to achieve and exceed goals.
• A strategic thinker with excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Passionate about culture, people development, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Volkswagen experience is preferred but not required.
• Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
• Effective communication skills.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Basic mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
• Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
• Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
