Automotive Mobile Service Technician

- Report daily to the in-charge on the previous day’s completed jobs and review the current day’s bookings.
- Visit customers as per the assigned schedule and carry out required repair and maintenance work.
- Open job cards in the company’s system before starting any job using the remote access facility.
- Inspect vehicles/fleet and identify parts that require replacement.
- Select and issue parts through the job card using barcode scanning tools.
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and professionally, then close the job cards accordingly.
- Coordinate directly with customers for bookings, repairs, and job updates at assigned mobile unit locations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Senior Service Manager.
