Automotive Parts Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Parts Manager to join our team. The role involves managing inventory, assisting customers and service technicians with parts inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring efficient parts department operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and service technicians in locating and purchasing the correct parts.
• Order, receive, stock, and organize automotive parts and accessories.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and warranty claims.
• Maintain accurate inventory records at all times and report differences, if any after reconciling with physical stock
• Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduation or equivalent Degree.
• 5 year Experience in an automotive parts department.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories.
• Ability to use inventory management software and basic computer applications.
