Store Keeper (QuickBooks Experience Required)

We are looking for a Store Keeper with strong knowledge of QuickBooks software to manage store records and inventory entries efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree (B.Com / BBA / BA or equivalent)
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience as Store Keeper
  • Hands-on experience in QuickBooks (entries, inventory, stock records)
  • Knowledge of store management, GRN, issuance, and stock reconciliation
  • Basic accounting understanding
  • Good record-keeping and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and accurately

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily stock entries in QuickBooks
  • Record inward/outward material transactions/inventory management/BOQ knowledge
  • Coordinate with accounts and procurement departments
  • Ensure accurate inventory reports
  • Maintain store documentation and records
  • Experience: 2–3 Years
  • Education: Graduate
  • Software: QuickBooks (Mandatory)
