We are hiring an experienced Online Sales Manager to grow our online sales platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize online stores on eBay, Amazon, and WordPress
• Create and manage product listings, pricing, and inventory
• Increase local sales through effective marketing and customer engagement.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure high-quality customer service
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve online sales and visibility
• Manage and coordinate the entire team, ensuring targets are met on time.Actively work with the team on daily activities and performance improvement.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve targets while actively participating in daily operations. Ensure team performance, reporting, and continuous improvement through hands-on involvement.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with eBay, Amazon, and WordPress
• Good understanding of online marketplaces and sales strategies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Education:

BBA required; MBA preferred in Business Administration

Experience:

4 to 5 years
