Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive
Job Summary
The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and managing corporate and institutional sales for PPRC & PVC Pipes and Fittings, Water Storage Tanks, and Road Safety Barriers. The role involves developing relationships with contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, government bodies, and distributors to achieve sales growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new corporate, institutional, and project-based clients
- (Builders, Contractors, Developers, Infrastructure Companies, Government & Semi-Government Bodies)
- Promote and sell PPRC & PVC Pipes and Fittings, Water Tanks, and Road Barriers
- Handle project inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order closures
- Participate in tenders, RFQs, and negotiations with corporate and government clients
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and engineers
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and product positioning
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, orders, collections, and customer feedback
- Support channel partners and distributors to increase market penetration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in building materials, plumbing products, or infrastructure sales
- Knowledge of PPRC, PVC piping systems, water tanks, or road safety products is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong B2B and project sales experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical specifications and drawings
- Relationship-building with contractors, consultants, and procurement teams
- Target-driven with strong follow-up skills
- Familiarity with tenders and project-based sales cycles
