Key Responsibilities


Manage global team who are supporting Leading Japanese multinational automotive manufacturer.

Management Activities

  • Take ownership of the entire Work Packages being executed for the customer.
  • Close interaction with cross functional Team
  • Coordinate activities of onsite offshore team members and facilitate the following:
    • Defining project scope and objectives
    • Planning of resources.
    • Manage / Coordinate other resource requirements – System, Environment etc.
    • Hiring roadmap creation and related tasks aligned with hiring.
  • Manage periodic meetings with customers.
    • Responsible for Review Meetings at regular intervals with senior management
    • Responsible for weekly and monthly status reporting to customers.
  • Risk management- Identify, assess, and manage risks to the success of the project, know when escalation is required.
  • Conflict Management
  • Status Reporting

Work Experience

  • OEM or Tier1 working experience.
  • Overall IT Industrial experience of 15+ years with 10 years of experience in Project/Program Management
  • Project Management experience in Infotainment domain
  • Experience in Automotive domain 5+ years.
  • Worked in production program and involved in all phases.
  • Hands on experience in working multiple production programs.
  • Excellent customer-facing experience. Good customer communication, tracking, follow up and process management skills.
  • Proven experience in people management across multiple teams, across time zones
  • Fluent communication with internal / customer in both English and Japanese
  • Excellent people and communication skills.
  • Working with Global team (Cross cultural, cross functional communication) experience.
  • Experience from Project initiation to closure.
