Job Summary:
The Automotive Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads, engaging customers, and promoting the company’s vehicle brands. The role requires strong communication in both Arabic and English, with the ability to understand customer requirements, present product features, negotiate deals, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist showroom visitors, understand their vehicle needs, and recommend suitable models.
- Present vehicle features, technical specifications, finance options, and promotional offers.
- Conduct test drives and highlight performance, technology, and safety benefits.
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales through professional negotiation and closing.
- Maintain strong follow-ups before and after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and future referrals.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, invoices, and coordinate with finance & insurance partners.
- Maintain updated product knowledge about new models, competitor vehicles, and Qatar market trends.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Participate in showroom events, outdoor sales campaigns, and corporate fleet inquiries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive retail sales (Qatar/GCC experience strongly preferred).
- Fluent Arabic language skills (spoken & written) and good English proficiency.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Valid Qatar Driving License.
- Transferable Visa with Valid QID (NOC preferred if required by company).
- Knowledge of Qatar car market trends, customer preferences, and finance/insurance procedures.
- Skilled in CRM systems to manage inquiries, track prospects, and maintain customer records., email communication, and MS Office tools.
Preferred Attributes in Qatar Market:
- Experience dealing with bank finance, insurance approvals, and vehicle registration processes at Metrash/MOI.
- Ability to build corporate relationships for fleet or leasing business.
- Confidence working in multicultural teams and customer bases.
- Ability to work under pressure to reach sales targets.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
