Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team at a leading dealership. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a passion for the automotive industry. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the car-buying process, and achieving sales targets. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting vehicles.
  • Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, and financing options.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of vehicles and ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions.
  • Utilize software tools for tracking sales leads, managing customer information, and processing transactions.
  • Exhibit strong phone etiquette when following up with potential customers or addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales performance.
  • Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, dealership promotions, and product knowledge.
  • Provide multilingual support to cater to diverse customer backgrounds when necessary.

Experience

  • Proven experience in retail sales or dealership environments is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic math skills for calculating financing options and payment plans.
  • Familiarity with inventory control processes is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in sales management is a plus but not required.
