Automotive Sales Specialist (Tuning / Detailing / Painting)

DEIZ GARAGE builds the fastest Mercedes, BMW, and Porsche in the UAE and GCC. We deliver performance tuning Stage 1/2/3, premium detailing, wrapping, paintwork, and carbon parts projects.

What you’ll sell

• Performance tuning: Stage 1 / Stage 2 / Stage 3 (premium European vehicles)
• Detailing and protective coatings
• PPF/vinyl wrapping, paint & bodywork
• Manufacturing / selection / installation of carbon fiber components

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries and do outbound calls/messages to the client base and leads.
• Identify needs, build the right solution, calculate pricing, align timelines, and close into booking/prepayment.
• Project control of each vehicle: from first contact to delivery — proactive client communication at every stage, approvals, change requests, upsells.
• Coordinate with technicians/production and keep everything updated in the CRM.

Requirements

• Sales experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus.
• Confident communication via phone and WhatsApp/Telegram.
• Excellent English (spoken and written) is required.
• Technical knowledge is a big plus (understanding Stage 1/2/3; ability to speak the client’s language).

Compensation & conditions

Base salary: AED 6,000–10,000 (depending on experience)

Commission: on plan achievement, total monthly income AED 18,000+ and above
