Are you an experienced Car Salesman looking for a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you can grow and thrive? TNS Autosports is looking for 2 driven and motivated individuals to join our team. We have a state-of-the-art 10,000 sq. ft. dealership with 75 cars in stock and we're ready to add talented salespeople to help us serve our loyal customers.

About the Role:
At TNS Autosports, we sell a variety of cars — some that are brand new, and others that may need a little extra attention. We're looking for sales professionals who can confidently sell vehicles that may not be “perfect,” but are priced right and ready to be driven away with a smile. Whether it's a new model or a used car that needs some TLC, we need someone who’s ready to put in the effort and make the sale.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in the car sales industry, with a proven track record of success.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven individuals who are eager to hit sales targets and sell 20+ cars a month.
• Availability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle cars in varying conditions (sometimes requiring a little extra work).
• A strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and integrity — we want someone who values building trust with our customers and the team.
• Growth-minded — you're looking for a dealership where you can develop your skills and build a long-term career.
