Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in order to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct thorough presentations of vehicles, highlighting features and benefits to potential buyers.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively by tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing deals.
• Utilize CRM software to maintain customer information and sales records accurately.
• Perform outbound sales activities including cold calling and follow-up communications.
• Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that attract new customers.
• Maintain an organized inventory of vehicles, ensuring accurate representation of available stock.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
• Participate in dealership events and public speaking opportunities to promote brand awareness.

Qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
