Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase orders, amendments, and vendor communications
• Monitor inventory levels and lead times for aviation components
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for rotable and expendable parts
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and traceability standards
• Maintain accurate records and reports using ERP systems

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Prior experience in aviation purchasing or procurement
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with FAA documentation and aviation parts terminology

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
