Support the PMO in project governance, tracking, and reporting.
Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Maintain project documentation including RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), minutes of meetings, and status reports.
Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and highlight variances to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with project management standards, processes, and methodologies.
Coordinate between delivery teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
Assist in budget tracking, invoice validation, and financial reporting of projects.
Facilitate project reviews, audits, and lessons-learned sessions.
Support adoption of project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.).
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the PMO.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field. (PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is a plus).
3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project management support.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Hands-on experience with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
