Job Role

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Agent who can bring new carriers and trucking companies onboard for our dispatch and factoring services.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and reach out to Owner-Operators, New MCs, Small Fleets in the US.
  • Present and promote our Dispatching and Factoring Setup solutions.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn.
  • Maintain a clear pipeline and provide regular reporting.
  • Guide carriers through onboarding documents and initial account setup.
  • Build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in US Trucking Sales, Dispatching, Freight Brokerage, or Factoring (preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups.
  • Prior B2B sales or logistics background is a big plus.
